About the position

The position focuses on enhancing data and digital literacy within the organization, ensuring data quality, and leveraging technology to improve processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to address complex business issues, integrating environmental considerations into operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and asset protection regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for training delivery, risk management, and promoting a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies problems and applies data to find solutions.
  • Participates in the feedback loop between data intake and insights.
  • Ensures data quality and organizes information for analysis.
  • Creates dashboards for stakeholders using visualization techniques.
  • Proposes ways to automate/improve existing processes using technology.
  • Documents business requirements for new technology solutions.
  • Develops and integrates prototypes for technology-enabled solutions.
  • Provides recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex issues.
  • Develops business cases for projects with projected returns on investment.
  • Supports regulatory visits and prepares audit reports.
  • Implements environmental policies and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Conducts investigations and recognizes security breaches.
  • Engages with team members and establishes credibility with stakeholders.
  • Communicates effectively in interdivisional setups and influences team members.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field and 1 year of experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety; or 3 years' experience in related fields.
