About the position

The position involves managing the development and improvement of operational tools and customer-facing functionalities. Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and improvement of operational tools and reports.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and develop requirements for complex problems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, and engineering.
  • Design project plans and lead a group of associates in project execution.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to analyze and implement project initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, details, and timelines to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and business objectives.
  • Supervise and manage associates, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Train export associates on shipment processes and documentation requirements.
  • Model compliance with company policies and support company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area, or 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience supervising associates.
