About the position

The position involves assisting management in supervising associates within a designated area, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing member service through effective training and guidance. The role also includes overseeing ecommerce operations, maintaining safety standards, and executing the Sam's Club Pickup plan, all while providing excellent member service and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures related to member service and ecommerce operations.
• Conduct safety sweeps and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee operations of ecommerce programs and resolve customer complaints.
• Audit online customer feedback and identify trends to support management in implementing solutions.
• Execute the Sam's Club Pickup plan and ensure correct fulfillment of customer orders.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Lead and participate in teams to coordinate work assignments and ensure quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
