Responsibilities

• Assist management with the supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures related to member service and ecommerce operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety standards.
• Oversee operations of ecommerce programs, resolving customer complaints and identifying trends.
• Execute the Sam's Club Pickup plan, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
• Support projects to improve operational efficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company standards.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
