About the position
The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership engagement by providing information on Membership benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.
Responsibilities
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting Company products and services.
- Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events.
- Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly.
- Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, and securing items until Members arrive.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to changes and feedback.
- Provides Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
