About the position

The Membership Support role at Sam's Club focuses on developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, and processing Memberships and upgrades. The position also emphasizes maintaining safety standards within the facility and fulfilling Member orders accurately. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to meet Membership goals and deliver exceptional Member service while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing and pulling items, ensuring accuracy, and securing items until Members arrive.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and co-workers; and adapting to change.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
