Collaboration with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners will be essential as you identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. You will be expected to communicate progress and information effectively, recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback. At Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay along with performance-based bonus awards and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security. Our health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, while financial benefits encompass a 401(k) plan, stock purchase options, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for various purposes, including vacation and sick leave.
