About the position

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership value by providing information on benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items accurately.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to changes and feedback.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
