About the position
The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for enhancing Membership by providing information on benefits, processing Memberships, and fulfilling Member orders. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with team members to meet sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for Members.
Responsibilities
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
- Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy.
- Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers and co-workers; and adapting to change and feedback.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Ability to follow safety standards and procedures.
- Experience in customer service and fulfilling orders.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist Members.
