About the position

The position involves providing comprehensive patient care in a pharmacy setting, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and managing pharmacy operations. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescription orders and administering immunizations.
  • Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation and inventory management.
  • Model and enforce customer service approaches to resolve customer needs and complaints.
  • Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies by analyzing reports and implementing safety controls.
  • Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and documentation as required by policies and regulations.
  • Use business metrics to make informed judgments and improve performance.
  • Analyze data to exceed customer expectations and enhance service delivery.
  • Set clear expectations and performance measures for associates and business initiatives.
  • Build and influence teams by communicating effectively and recognizing accomplishments.
  • Ensure compliance with health care regulations and operational execution of billing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
