Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process member purchases and handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases in accordance with company policies.
• Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, maintaining organization in the pharmacy area.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork, forms, and documentation related to prescriptions.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.
• Implement company policies and standards of ethics in daily operations.

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician license or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
