Responsibilities

  • Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
  • Resolve issues and concerns raised by members.
  • Promote the company's products and services to members.
  • Operate hardware such as cash registers and related equipment.
  • Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases in the pharmacy.
  • Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
  • Enter prescription information and file prescriptions accurately.
  • Complete and maintain required paperwork, forms, and documentation.
  • Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area.
  • Organize and maintain the pharmacy area following company procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments and priorities.
  • Communicate progress and information regarding tasks and responsibilities.
  • Identify and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and related equipment.
  • Experience in customer service or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy products and services is preferred.
