Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and identify their needs to assist with purchasing decisions.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process member purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders in the pharmacy, including stocking and securing pharmacy supplies.
• Enter prescription information and maintain required documentation accurately.
• Organize and maintain the pharmacy area according to company procedures and complete necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to prioritize and complete work assignments effectively.
• Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity in all business processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate cash registers and related equipment.
• Experience in customer service and retail environments.

• Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare-related fields.
