Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and identify their needs.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
• Resolve issues and concerns for members.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process member purchases.
• Assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures.
• Provide pharmacy products and services in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases.
• Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Enter prescription information and maintain required documentation.
• Organize and maintain the pharmacy area following company procedures.
• Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers to complete work assignments.
• Communicate progress and information regarding tasks and priorities.
• Implement company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail environment.
