This role involves managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the development of large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand target personas and business process needs.
• Translate business needs into features and user stories for engineers.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies for effective project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Program Management in software delivery.
• Experience in system/platform design concepts, architecture, UX design, services, APIs, and technologies.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a passion for data and problem-solving.
• Expertise in change & risk management methodologies and project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep understanding of JIRA, JIRA Align, Big Picture, etc.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
• 2 years' experience as a product manager, ideally on consumer-facing, large-scale B2B/C products.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
