About the position

As a Realty Project Coach at Walmart, you will be responsible for overseeing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing escalations, and collaborating with store associates to maintain project timelines. You will also be expected to travel frequently, spending a significant amount of time away from home to support various projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members.
• Evaluate talent, train and mentor associates, and provide recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
