About the position

The Realty Project Coach is a key role within the Realty Execution team, responsible for managing multiple store remodel projects. This position ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The Realty Project Coach will supervise team members, handle escalations, and work closely with store associates to ensure project success while accommodating significant travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Realty execution project plans, ensuring accountability for scope completion.
  • Organize project timelines and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholder teams to communicate project plans and deliverables, analyzing and planning project initiatives.
  • Take corrective action as necessary to drive project results and resolve concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers.
  • Direct associates and vendors on processes and procedures for project execution, ensuring project and facility requirements are met.
  • Plan merchandise placement based on modular requirements and collaborate with facility management to minimize operational impact.
  • Advise on staffing assignments to meet company and facility goals, providing supervision and development opportunities for associates.
  • Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed accurately and safely, verifying fixture procurement and deliveries are synchronized with project schedules.
  • Monitor sales and project budgets, assessing economic impacts of project decisions and creating efficient schedules for project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support the company mission and values.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
  • Experience managing projects or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, or 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts and travel to any work location within 1000 miles of home store region.
