About the position

As a Realty Project Coach at Walmart, you will be responsible for overseeing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing escalations, and collaborating with store associates to maintain project timelines. The position requires significant travel, with expectations of being away from home for extended periods to support various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans and changes to stakeholders.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members, including training and mentoring.
• Resolve concerns among store leadership, suppliers, and associates to promote teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support the implementation of business solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
