The position involves leading a department focused on data-driven analysis and strategic planning to support business objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead the department by identifying key business issues and supporting change based on team analysis.
• Provide guidance on modeling techniques, data mining, and statistical analysis for new projects.
• Align department resources with customer requests and create strategic plans according to business objectives.
• Oversee ongoing analytical needs and present data-based insights to drive business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build consistent strategies using data-driven insights.
• Develop business strategies by identifying initiatives based on data and driving processes based on recommended strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth plans and present summaries of business objectives.
• Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
• Support mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.
• Cultivate an environment of respect and adherence to company standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area, or 8 years' experience in a related field.
• 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• 4 years' supervisory experience.
