About the position

The position focuses on developing asset protection strategies and processes, particularly leveraging technical advancements such as computer vision and machine learning. The role involves engaging with cross-functional teams, managing loss initiatives, and ensuring projects align with business objectives. The individual will communicate with decision-makers, influence change initiatives, and support continuous learning and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset protection strategies and processes with a focus on technical developments.
• Interpret statistical analyses and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure desired outcomes.
• Develop assessments of key opportunities and support long-range planning and project timelines.
• Communicate with and influence decision-makers and executives throughout change initiatives.
• Manage total loss initiatives by analyzing performance across projects and determining root causes of loss.
• Evaluate short-term and long-term implications of decisions to ensure project objectives are met.
• Partner on the execution of improvement programs in the field.
• Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, and remove performance barriers.
• Measure progress, adjust performance, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Promote and support company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field.
• 4 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area, or 6 years' experience in the same fields without a degree.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.
