About the position

The Senior Manager of Asset Protection is responsible for developing and implementing asset protection strategies and processes, focusing on technical advancements such as computer vision and machine learning. This role involves analyzing statistical data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing total loss initiatives to enhance performance and reduce losses. The position requires effective communication with decision-makers and executives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and evaluating the effectiveness of current programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset protection strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Interpret statistical analyses and engage with cross-functional teams.
• Manage total loss initiatives and analyze trends to determine root causes of loss.
• Evaluate short-term and long-term implications of decisions on projects.
• Ensure successful execution of business plans by identifying needs and removing obstacles.
• Promote company policies and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
• Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans and consult with stakeholders for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field and 4 years' experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in the same fields.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.
