About the position

The position involves driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing business plans, and ensuring performance standards are met. The role includes supervising and developing associates, promoting company policies, managing projects, and improving processes. The individual will also focus on behavior change and process improvement while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Develop and communicate business plans and priorities, removing barriers that impact performance.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including training and mentoring.
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and tracking progress.
  • Manage content management initiatives by prioritizing content requests and ensuring quality standards.
  • Analyze data to identify existing standards and processes, and develop improvement solutions.
  • Evaluate and determine change and improvement needs for behavior change and process improvement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training.
  • Project Management Certification or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience in retail consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
