About the position

The Sr Manager - Last Mile Catchment Planning is responsible for leading initiatives to support Walmart's last mile catchment strategy. This role involves improving household coverage and utilizing analytics to monitor program success. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including store operations, last mile delivery, data science, product, and technology, to execute strategic, high-visibility projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs to improve household coverage for last mile delivery.
• Utilize analytics to monitor current and new program success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute strategic projects.
• Improve last mile household coverage, cost, quality, and experience metrics.
• Prioritize and deploy improvements in technology for last mile catchments.
• Plan and execute last mile catchment and sourcing operations for Walmart Annual Events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year's supervisory experience.
