The Senior Manager, UX Design position at the US Omni Platform product team focuses on enhancing customer experiences across both physical and digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Drive key experiences in Transportation & Real Estate.
• Lead a team to articulate strategy and design for products and experiences.
• Provide strategic leadership for design activities across multiple domains.
• Innovate and impact customer interactions online and in-store.
• Set the vision for a best-in-class driver experience.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Design Thinking to create concepts and prototypes.
• Present design rationale compellingly to stakeholders.
• Balance business and technology considerations in design.
• Recruit and mentor design talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, or related area.
• 7 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, or related area if no degree is held.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Demonstrable understanding of the transportation space and experience in building customer-centric solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Design certification (e.g., IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate).
• Master's degree in UI/UX Design or related area.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, eCommerce, or healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
