About The Position

As a Software Engineer II at Sam's Club, you will play a crucial role in translating requirements into technical solutions, writing code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of experience in software engineering, or 4 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Extensive expertise in object-oriented programming, particularly Java8 and related frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge of Java8+, SpringBoot, MQTT, and API development.
  • Strong experience in RESTful Microservices and container technologies like Docker on Kubernetes.
  • Experience in DevOps culture and building CI/CD processes with automation.
  • Ability to build products with a focus on testability and test coverage.
  • Experience in cloud architecture, preferably Azure.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences.
