About the position

As a Software Engineer for the Intl Enterprise Inventory Product at Walmart, you will be part of the replenishment team responsible for building and supporting high-impact, mission-critical systems for the world's largest retailer. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and testing code changes to meet special business requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve business and production issues. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative methodologies that significantly impact the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement code changes for special business requirements.
• Test code changes to ensure functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop solutions at scale involving multiple stakeholders.
• Write tech debt-free code and navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
• Alternatively, 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
• Excellent coding skills and ability to write tech debt-free code.
• Proven track record of solving issues at root using automation and self-service.
