About the position

The Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis plays a crucial role in generating forecasts and analyzing trends in revenue for financial and strategic planning purposes. This position involves conducting financial and economic analysis, preparing reports, and providing management with definitive financial data to support decision-making and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day preparation of financial planning, reporting, analytics, and modeling.
• Follows standardized operating procedures and practices for financial analysis projects.
• Analyzes key data during organizational projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality standards.
• Conducts research and analysis to provide management with financial data and advice for profit objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to research, organize, and analyze financial data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting procedures.
• Ability to work well in teams as well as independently.
