In this hybrid position based in our Sunnyvale office, you will be responsible for gathering information, interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs), and conducting thorough research to identify content gaps. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and onboarding teams to understand the needs of our API audience and to define documentation deliverables. Your expertise will be crucial in synthesizing content requests and data from various sources into accurate and cohesive documentation. You will write and publish high-quality API reference documentation, tutorials, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and release notes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of clarity and usability. Additionally, you will participate in establishing API documentation style and process guidelines, advocate for end-user needs, and make recommendations for the best documentation tools. Your role will also involve providing peer reviews and coaching to team members, tracking project schedules, and ensuring that deadlines are met effectively.
