Responsibilities

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Administer immunizations to members.
• Counsel members regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation.
• Model and enforce proper member service approaches and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret reports to implement loss prevention and safety controls.
• Oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop and implement action plans for compliance and safety initiatives.
• Promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.

Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
