About the position

We are seeking a strong Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of brand management and content quality initiatives for Walmart US Suppliers. This role is pivotal in shaping product representation, ensuring consistency and excellence in product-related content, and optimizing content to increase conversion rates and enhance user engagement. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and merchandising teams to develop a scalable content strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to standardize, optimize, and improve product content across all channels.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital assets.
  • Conduct product and feature analytics to derive insights and trends.
  • Research and verify customer needs and expectations to deliver customer value.
  • Build and own a product roadmap with proper phasing and manage product rollouts.
  • Articulate product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
  • Identify areas of innovation and recommend new processes and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management, or 9 years' experience in product management or related area.
  • Knowledge of product roadmap development techniques and project management methodologies.
  • Experience in data analysis tools and techniques for product feature analytics.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and journey mapping.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
  • 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally in consumer-facing, large-scale B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
