About the position

This position will focus on the delivery of key strategic efforts and deliverables, ensuring the development of roadmaps, project schedules, and plans are created and maintained. The Technical Program Manager will lead a team of portfolio Project Managers in the execution of planned work, supporting, guiding, and developing best-in-class Technical Project Managers focused on driving delivery and executing on complex Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence across multiple organizations. The Technical Program Manager will ensure the delivery of key projects and initiatives, driving efforts utilizing knowledge of core Project Management principles, including the Hybrid methodology, and providing guidance to a team of Technical Project Managers (TPM). Additionally, the role involves creating a program-level delivery roadmap for products and capabilities within a technical domain.

Responsibilities

  • Support, guide, and develop Technical Project Managers focused on complex AML solutions.
  • Lead a team of portfolio Project Managers in executing planned work.
  • Ensure delivery of key projects and initiatives.
  • Drive efforts utilizing knowledge of core Project Management principles including Hybrid methodology.
  • Create program level delivery roadmap for products and capabilities within a technical domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area if no degree is held.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio operations and project methodologies (Traditional, hybrid, Agile).
  • Solid leadership skills including influence, coaching, and strategic communication.
  • Ability to operate at the executive level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 3 years' experience in product design.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
