About the position

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will oversee the team within the Tire and Battery Center, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Your role involves supervising associates, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and driving member satisfaction through effective team leadership and expertise in tire and battery services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club.
• Communicate the goals of the department, set guidelines and expectations for tire and battery service, and execute company programs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, and equipment operations.
• Train the team on new products and technologies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve service experience.
• Drive business results and maintain a clean and safe work area for the team and members.
• Order equipment, tools, and supplies while monitoring expenses and inventory.
• Train and develop associates, encouraging career growth and sourcing new talent.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to implement processes that meet business needs and improve service quality.
• Promote compliance with company policies and standards of ethics.

Requirements

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in the automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
