About the position

TechPride is seeking a USCG Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration, and Intelligence (C5I) Program Lead to oversee initiatives that support the Acquisition to Sustainment Transition of C5I systems. This role involves leading business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement within the United States Coast Guard's Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) and Acquisition Directorate (CG-93X). The Program Lead will deliver project management and logistics management across various business transformation projects, potentially requiring a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day program leadership and execution of C5I workstreams across USCG Surface, Shore, and Aviation assets.
  • Content development and logistics coordination for governance meetings.
  • Facilitation of meetings and development of standard operating procedures.
  • Management of stakeholder distribution lists and data calls.
  • Conduct program management reviews and various reporting-related activities to the government.
  • Leadership of C5I project's support planning, integration, and execution of plans and associated tactics.
  • Development of project plans including schedules, risk management plans, and communications plans.
  • Execution of projects and coordination of stakeholders using Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or EPM applications.
  • Analysis of C5I performance data to identify critical areas of improvement and conduct root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 3 years supporting USCG C5ISC, CG-93X, or CG-6 initiatives.
  • Ability to execute projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Ability to direct data analysis efforts to identify trends and critical findings associated with C5I incidents.
  • Experience in shaping business development opportunities and guiding clients towards corporate objectives.
  • Direct client management experience within the government sector with multiple service leads/points-of-contact.
  • Strong communication skills with senior executive leadership in the federal government, both in writing and verbally.
  • Technical writing/editorial experience.
  • Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP certification desired but not required.
  • Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
