About the position
The Used Car Dealer Salesperson position at CarGro involves engaging with customers to facilitate the sale of vehicles. The role focuses on building relationships with potential buyers, providing product information, and processing orders, all while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from customers, providing quotations and processing orders
- Properly make customers aware of the features of our products
- Develop new customer relationships through prospecting and cold calling
- Proactively contact potential customers to build relationships and develop sales opportunities
- Identify product requirements, ordering and sourcing as required
Requirements
- Over 4 years of general sales experience
- Over 2 years of car sales experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle complaints
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Spanish (HABLAR Y LEER ESPAÑOL)
