About the position
The Automotive Sales Associate position at Car Tron Auto Sales involves engaging with customers to facilitate the sale of vehicles. The role requires a bilingual individual who is motivated, energetic, and possesses strong people skills. The associate will be responsible for various marketing activities, customer interactions, and achieving sales targets while working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- POST on Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram.
- POST on Auto Websites and Apps such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, craigslist.
- Conduct marketing campaigns with Facebook Ads and YouTube and Instagram.
- Call customer leads and references (outbound calling).
- Handle marketing for the dealership.
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
- Set appointments.
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
- Field inbound phone calls on a daily basis; make at least 50 outbound/inbound phone calls to gain new growth for dealer.
- Generate sales appointments to promote greater revenue.
- Efficiently record all customer interaction-activity in the Company's customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.
- Update inventory, Title work, and call customers to collect payments.
Requirements
- MUST speak both English and Spanish.
- MUST have minimum 1 year of experience with automotive sales.
- Strong typing & people skills.
- Needs to be tech / social media savvy (Facebook Marketplace).
- Professional attitude with a desire to succeed.
- Needs to be punctual and meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player and be able to communicate efficiently to various departments.
