About the position

As a Used Car Salesperson at Wally Edgar Chevrolet, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for connecting with customers and guiding them through the process of purchasing high-quality pre-owned vehicles. Your role will involve creating a welcoming environment, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential buyers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing guidance throughout the car purchasing process.
• Develop a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to find mutually beneficial pricing agreements and options that fit their budget.
• Accompany customers on test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of each vehicle.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Maintain contact with customers post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide information on vehicles.
• A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and create a positive buying experience for customers.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required by the dealership's schedule.
• A friendly and inviting demeanor that puts customers at ease and fosters a positive sales environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
