About the position

The Used Vehicle Sales Manager at Kelly Automotive Group is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the used vehicle department. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in used vehicle sales, excellent coaching abilities, and a passion for customer engagement. The manager will oversee sales operations, train staff, and ensure the team meets sales targets while providing exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales consultants.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to enhance their buying experience.
• Appraise vehicles and provide accurate pricing.
• Utilize V-auto and Vin Solutions for inventory management and sales strategies.
• Train and develop team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and energetic work environment.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of proven successful track record in used vehicle sales.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in auto sales management is preferred.
• Experience appraising vehicles is a plus.
• F&I Management experience is a plus.
• Internet/social networking experience is helpful.
• Excellent coaching and training skills are essential.
