About the position

The Mobile User Acquisition Lead at ZBD will play a crucial role in shaping and executing digital media strategies aimed at driving user growth for the ZBD app. This app allows users to engage with a variety of games and applications while earning Bitcoin, creating a unique ecosystem that benefits both users and developers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about marketing and digital media innovation, with a strong focus on user acquisition strategies. As a fully remote company, ZBD welcomes candidates from various time zones, including the US, South America, Africa, and the EU. In this position, the Mobile User Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies and paid media plans that target new user acquisition. This includes owning campaigns from start to finish across key global markets, which involves meticulous planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. The candidate will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channels and campaigns, ensuring that all programs meet or exceed their targets. Continuous optimization of campaigns will be essential, as will the identification of opportunities to enhance performance. The role also requires the establishment of processes for strategizing, testing, and evaluating creative content. The Mobile User Acquisition Lead will collaborate with both internal and external creative teams to refine campaign performance. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to explore new opportunities and strategies that can help scale mobile acquisition efforts, contributing to the overall growth of ZBD's user base. The position demands an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies and paid media plans to drive user acquisition
  • Own campaigns end-to-end across priority global markets, including targeting and segmentation, campaign planning & execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Establish channel/campaign KPIs and ensure programs deliver on targets
  • Identify campaign-level and overarching opportunities to improve or scale performance, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed goals
  • Establish processes to strategize, test, and evaluate creatives, and work with both internal and external creative teams to improve campaign performance
  • Continually test new audiences and creative messages to maximize results
  • Collaborate with Brand and Product teams to actively contribute to the evolution of team processes and workflow
  • Explore and prioritize new opportunities and strategies that could assist with scaling mobile acquisition and growth efforts

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years hands-on experience with media planning, with an emphasis on digital platforms - Google (including search and YouTube), Offerwalls, and Programmatics
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of the entire media planning process and a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
