Responsibilities

• Plan, buy, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, focusing on Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snap).
• Analyze campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and geographies, optimizing performance to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Growth Creative team to develop new ad creatives and strategies to attract new users.
• Guide the launch of user acquisition efforts in new markets and channels using competitive and market intelligence.
• Produce reports and presentations on campaign performance, providing insightful commentary and recommendations.
• Manage relationships with ad partners, setting agendas for calls and tracking ongoing tests.
• Contribute to team meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of proven experience in performance marketing/mobile user acquisition using channels such as Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue and user growth.
• Experience working within a distributed team across different geographies.
• Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, with exposure to data visualization/BI tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of initiatives with limited oversight.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with team members in multiple time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
