About the position

Bumble Inc. is seeking a User Acquisition Media Buyer for a 5-6 month contract. This role focuses on planning, purchasing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels for Bumble's portfolio of apps. The position requires strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and ensure KPIs are met, contributing to the brand's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, buy, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels for different apps under the Bumble Inc portfolio.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns across multiple channels and geographies, optimizing campaign and creative performance to meet KPIs.
  • Launch new creatives and optimize creative mix based on performance by channel and geography.
  • Support the launch and expansion of user acquisition in new, exploratory markets and channels using competitive and market intelligence.
  • Produce reports and presentations, including daily pacing and tracking against plan, providing insightful commentary and recommendations.
  • Propose and implement test strategies to unlock further growth for all of the apps.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing and/or mobile user acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience managing mobile app campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Google ACi, and programmatic channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leveraging acquisition channels to drive revenue/user acquisition growth.
  • Experience working within a distributed team across different geographies.
  • Direct experience with analytics and attribution solutions, with exposure to data visualization and BI tools.

Benefits

  • Base compensation range of $63,000 - $90,000 annually.
