About the position

As a User Acquisition Specialist at Yotta Games, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and executing strategies across multiple channels for paid user acquisition and reactivation. The role emphasizes sustainable growth while considering the current product conditions. Ideal candidates are data-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about video game marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of user acquisition channels to acquire mobile users including Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Responsible for user acquisition optimization, A/B testing, and leading innovative improvements against assigned targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Research, Creative Art, and other teams to develop new and improve existing user acquisition strategies and activities.
  • Develop insights, testing methodologies, and process optimization for user acquisition, user analysis, and market trends monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing in B2C business.
  • 1+ years of experience in video gaming companies.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel.
  • Passion for digital marketing and video games.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in SQL/Python.
  • A strong understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictions.
