CNA is hiring for a User Computing Administrator II (IT Service Desk). This role sits in the Chief Information Office (CIO). The CIO is responsible for supporting staff with all facets of CNA across a wide spectrum of technical activities. This position performs duties such as routine user support tasks for both classified and unclassified end user computing environments. The position deploys and maintains user computing equipment and assists with the creation of system images. CNA fosters an inclusive culture that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
