About the position

The User Experience Designer at Power Home Remodeling will play a crucial role in defining user interactions with innovative technology products. This position involves collaborating with a dynamic team to enhance and build tools that improve user experience across various applications, including consumer-facing technologies and internal business solutions. The designer will contribute to the evolution of the Design System, ensuring consistency and excellence in product design.

Responsibilities

• Define user interactions for custom technology products.
• Collaborate with a team to improve and build user-friendly tools.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, Playbook.
• Design projects across the entire product lifecycle.
• Create elegant and practical solutions for complex user problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant design discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with design systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with front-end development.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and/or React.js.
