About the position

The User Experience (UX) Intern at Lockheed Martin will engage in various phases of User Experience, including User-Centered Requirements, Research, Design, Testing, Evaluations, and Production Support. This role is designed for undergraduate students pursuing degrees in relevant fields, providing an opportunity to work within an Agile development workflow and contribute to meaningful projects that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer perspectives in transformation activities.
• Translate requirements into actionable development activities.
• Participate in user-centered requirements gathering and research.
• Assist in the design and testing of user interfaces and interactions.
• Support production activities related to user experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Data Science, Social or Human Sciences, or Humanities.
• Interest in a career in User Experience (UX).

Nice-to-haves

• User Research skills
• Usability Testing experience
• Outcomes Data Analysis & Reporting (Qualitative and Quantitative)
• User Interface and Interaction Wireframing & Prototyping
• Familiarity with Game Engine and Mobile/Responsive App Design
