About the position

The UI/UX Developer will design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for applications and websites, specifically focusing on Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the gas industry. This role requires collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders to create user-centered designs that enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design the graphical user interface for apps, websites, or devices.
• Create all screens and movements for user interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the energy sector or with AI applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
