About the position

The User Experience/Interface Designer (UX/UI) is responsible for designing the graphical user interface for applications, websites, or devices, focusing on creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. This role involves collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders to develop user-friendly interfaces for Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the gas industry, leveraging a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design the graphical user interface for applications, websites, or devices.
• Create all screens and movements for user interactions within the app or website.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from both business and IT to gather requirements and feedback.
• Transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the energy sector or with AI applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
