About the position

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a User Experience Researcher 2 in the industry of information technology. As a User Experience Researcher 2, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers. In this position, you will conduct user experience research and provide insights that drive our learning experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore problems from multiple perspectives and align research solutions with product strategy. Identifying exploratory research opportunities with product leadership will be essential, as you will use research to determine what ideas best meet user and business needs. You will develop an evidence-based research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams and advocate for UX research best practices, efficiently iterating research within two-week sprint cycles. Using data to define and track key metrics will be crucial, as you will provide clear insights to the team. A thorough understanding of customer use cases will be necessary to ensure their needs are addressed, along with gaining deeper knowledge of market segments and competitors. You will apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals and work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to bridge user needs with design and instructional solutions.
