About the position

The User Experience Researcher at Meta will be responsible for designing and executing innovative quantitative and qualitative research to inform product development and market strategies for WhatsApp. This role involves developing actionable insights that combine product research with competitive positioning, pricing, and market analysis, while proactively forecasting business and technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative and impactful quantitative and qualitative research as part of the WhatsApp UX Research team.
  • Develop actionable insights and high impact deliverables that combine product research with go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, pricing, and other market analysis.
  • Proactively forecast business and tech trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of qualitative and quantitative primary research experience.
  • Experience with independently executing full-cycle research.
  • Product marketing research experience.
  • Tech sector experience.
  • Experience making sound methodological decisions and defending research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics), and statistics software (i.e. SPSS).
