About The Position
The User Experience Strategist (UXS) at the American Red Cross is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and effective digital experiences across the organization's website and mobile app. This role combines strategic vision, analytical skills, and expertise in UX optimization to enhance user satisfaction and align digital presence with business goals. The UXS will lead user experience processes, optimize user journeys, and collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive design and experience system.
