About the position

The User Experience (UX) Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience across digital platforms for Robert Half. This position is a short-term contract opportunity based in Villanova, Pennsylvania, focusing on designing effective user interfaces and contributing to various digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Figma expertise to design and implement effective user interfaces
• Apply knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD in the creation of design elements
• Contribute to Android Development projects, ensuring optimal user experience
• Conduct AB Testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design choices
• Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to ensure timely completion of projects
• Foster Brand Awareness through the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly designs
• Utilize CSS to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of digital platforms
• Actively participate in the creation and execution of digital strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of detail oriented experience in User Experience (UX) Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD
• Experience in Android Development
• Familiarity with AB Testing strategies and implementation
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
• Demonstrated understanding of Brand Awareness strategies
• Proficient in CSS for website design
• Solid understanding of the Digital landscape
• Proficient in using Figma for design projects
